What’s Included?
Each Landscape Design engagement is tailored to the scope and complexity of your project, and typically includes:
- Design meetings to refine layout, materials, and planting intent
- A measured base plan documenting existing conditions
- A scaled landscape plan illustrating spatial organization, circulation, and key design elements
- Supporting plans as appropriate, such as demolition, excavation, planting, lighting, or furnishings
- Materials and planting schedules aligned with aesthetics, performance, and budget
Optional Design Enhancements
Depending on project needs, design services may also include:
- Three-dimensional landscape modeling
- Full-color renderings dervied from the 3D model
- Video fly-throughs to visualize spatial relationships and human-scale experience
- Coordinated utility planning, including lighting, irrigation, and drainage
- Rainwater management design, including rain gardens, bioretention planters, or cistern systems
Additional services are scoped as needed to support permit-readiness, pricing, and construction planning.
